Suptamins Score

Introducing the Suptamins Score, a simple tool for evaluating supplement quality. This score takes into account six crucial factors, with each factor assigned a higher point for meeting specific criteria:

  1. Bioactivity: We assess whether the active molecules in the product are in their most bioavailable form for efficient absorption. The highest point is awarded if the product is in its bioactive form.

  2. Absorption Enhancement: We consider the presence of ingredients that enhance absorption, such as fats or carriers. The highest point is awarded if the supplement contains ingredients that significantly enhance absorption.

  3. Clean Ingredients: We check for unwanted additives, allergens, or non-vegan/vegetarian components. The highest point is awarded if the product contains only essential medicinal ingredients and no unnecessary additives.

  4. Clinical Support: We evaluate whether the product is supported by clinical studies. The highest point is awarded if more than five clinical studies showcase the benefits of the active ingredient.

  5. Dosage & Safety: We examine the appropriateness of the dosage and its safety for use in different populations. The highest point is awarded if the product has an effective dosage and is generally considered safe for a broad range of users.

  6. Quality & Testing: We consider the sourcing and testing of ingredients. The highest point is awarded if the product contains high-quality ingredients and has undergone third-party testing.

The scoring system is designed to provide a numerical value to each of these factors, making it easier for consumers to compare different supplements and make informed decisions. It also provides specific criteria for earning higher points in each category, which adds transparency and clarity to the evaluation process.
